The air conditioning we provide is 1 window unit a/c in the master bedroom and 1 window unit a/c in the living area. Street parking is available without a permit. Minut Device: The unit is monitored by a noise detection device called Minut. This device monitors how loud it gets in the unit, cigarette and marijuana smoke, and how many Bluetooth devices walk through the door.
