If you've been looking for a spacious, comfortable, and stylish home, look no further than this one. This Airbnb is an entire apartment located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The top floor features the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, desk, TV, nightstands, dresser, desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a walking shower/steam room. Also on this top level is a bedroom with a twin bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and nightstand. And just off the kitchen is the fourth bedroom with a twin-sized bed, dresser, and nightstand. Two bedrooms on the top level have ensuite bathrooms. On the main level, you'll find a common bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or enjoy some time outdoors with friends, this rental is perfect. The outdoor amenities include two decks with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a hot tub jacuzzi. The indoor amenities include two gas fireplaces, high ceilings, and ceiling fans. The living room has a couch, a TV, and two chairs. The flooring material is hardwood floors. The open-plan kitchen features a traditional design with granite countertops and a table for 6. There is also a formal dining room with a table for 6. Minut Device: The unit is monitored by a noise detection device called Minut. This device monitors how loud it gets in the unit, cigarette and marijuana smoke, and how many Bluetooth devices walk through the door. This home was built around 1900. While the apartment has been renovated, it is still an older building. The $89 "Management Fee" serves as an accidental damage waiver, covering up to $1500 in accidental damages. It does not cover negligence. or pet damage.** To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Superhog. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property. Superhog will reach out to you via email and/or text with instructions for verification. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search. Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.
