This home was built around 1900. While the apartment has been renovated, it is still an older building. The $89 "Management Fee" serves as an accidental damage waiver, covering up to $1500 in accidental damages. It does not cover negligence. or pet damage.** To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Superhog. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property. Superhog will reach out to you via email and/or text with instructions for verification. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search. Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.
